Steve Elliott
Steve Elliott's atmospheric pastel paintings are inspired by the landscape of the Peak National Park.  Hill-tops, moorlands and open spaces are depicted in vibrant colour, creating expressive, light-filled images which exploit the versatility of the medium to the full.  Particular locations serve as focus for improvisations in a variety of styles, exploring the poetry of light in all seasons and creating images which will resonate with the viewer.
