Cottages:

We ask for £100 deposit on booking Beechenhill Cottage, £150 deposit on booking the Cottage by the Pond. The balance becomes payable one month before your holiday.

B&B:

We take credit card or debit card details to secure the booking. Full payment is due at the end of your stay.

Prices for 2011

Don't forget- if you book a 2012 cottage week during 2011 you get £10 discount if you quote Sue's 2012 offer. Discounts are also available for two week bookings- only one discount is applicable to any booking.

Adult:

Adult, sharing, 2 nights or more £40 per person
Adult, single, 2 nights or more £48

Children:

Minimum age 3 for booking just one room,
Children under 3 are very welcome when both rooms
are booked by a single family group

Baby in our cot: £5
Up to 6yrs: £10
6-13: £18, 14 and over: adult rate.
For children sharing a room with no adult,
the eldest child will be charged at adult rate.

Room only rates, when farmhouse bedroom is used as additional cottage accommodation:

£30 per person per night (sharing)

£35 per night (single)

Special rates for weekly bookings.

No Extra Fuel Charges

We have installed an eco-friendly heating system which will mean that heating and hot water costs will be included in the cottages' rates.
