Bedroom Cottage by the Pond, Beechenhill Farm
People have lived and farmed at Beechenhill since earliest times, there is a prehistoric farmstead on our lower fields. There is a feeling of history and continuity here and we delight in sharing our home with our guests. We want to look after our place and our guests in a sustainable way so we can all enjoy Beechenhill into the future.

We care passionately about our environment. We don't have adventures, we have eco-ventures; come and see! We believe it is our responsibility to show and care for our part of the Peak District in the most environmentally friendly way. We try to make it easy for you to do that too. Click here to see our 'Green stuff'.
Because we have made green choices you will have a better time: our biomass boiler is providing heat and lashings of hot water at any time of day or night, so you'll be cosy and warm and our induction hobs cook quickly and efficiently so you will spend less time in the kitchen.
Just come and relax, lie in the long organic grass in our meadows or over-sleep in the cottages. Wake up to the sight of our cows ambling past the window or the scent of fresh bread and sizzling local bacon.
